CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at ABBEAUTY.PRO. To ensure fair treatment for both you as a valued clients and me , I have established the following cancellation policy for appointments booked through the website: 1. Cancellation Notice: please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. 2. Late Cancellations/No-shows: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or a no-show, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee will be a 100% of the service cost . 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling is still required . 4. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled . This is to ensure that I can accommodate other clients and maintain my schedule. Cancellation fee WILL BE CHARGED . 5. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will work with you to find a suitable solution. 6. Communication: To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me directly through call/text or email address during my working hours . This allows to promptly update my schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. By booking an appointment through the website, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
